In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), all products sold by OBA Srl are covered by the 24-month Legal Guarantee.

Under the 24-month Legal Guarantee, OBA Srl is liable to the consumer (the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisan or professional activity carried out) for defects of conformity not found at the time of purchase.

A lack of conformity exists when the product is not fit for the purpose for which it is normally used, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the quality and performance usual for a good of the same type, or is not fit for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (Article 129 of the Consumer Code).

A lack of conformity that manifests itself within 24 months from the date of purchase of the good must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.

Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that defects of conformity that manifest themselves within 6 months from the delivery of the good already existed at that date.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to the restoration, without charge, of the conformity of the good by means of repair or replacement (Article 130 of the Consumer Code).

The consumer may request, at his/her choice, the seller to repair the good or to replace it, without charge in either case, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable time from the request of the Consumer; the average time for the return of the product to the Consumer is 24 days.

If OBA Srl is unable to return the repaired product within the maximum period of 60 days, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, reduction of the price).

For warranty repairs, the shipping costs are charged to the customer. (We offer a pick-up and delivery service). Oba Srl offers its customers a 24-month or 12-month warranty (if you purchase with a VAT number) for defects of conformity, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2002.

As provided for by Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005, the consumer Customer (natural person who, in entering into the contract, acted for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out) of Oba Srl Acquista Online is granted the right to withdraw from the contract.

The right of withdrawal, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund, is provided only for natural persons who, in entering into the contract, acted for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The aforementioned amount will not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, and the costs of returning the product. The withdrawal is not validly exercised, and therefore does not give the right to a total refund of the price, if the product is not returned substantially intact, as for example in the following cases:

Missing original packaging (it is therefore advisable to keep the original packaging of the product at least until the expiry of the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal);

Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables......)
